The hotel is conveniently located close to many local attractions, such as the Palace on Thursday, and is also just a short walk from a metro station on Line 7. This makes it easy to get to all the big attractions in the city. The rooms are clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a great variety of choices and the lobby is grand and extravagant.
The facilities in the hotel may need some improvement.

Front staff went above and beyond, getting breakfast from McDonald's for my early departure. Room was clean and well-organized. Breakfast in Lounge on Executive Floor was good. Closest high-quality hotel to Beijing - West Railway Station. Property surrounded by good facilities.

The breakfast in the Executive Lounge was excellent. The room was clean and well organized. The staff was friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near the Beijing West Railway Station and metro station. The bed was comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were very helpful and used translation tools to assist us. The breakfast had a great variety of Chinese and Continental options. The hotel facilities were clean and the location was near attractions and shopping areas. We were able to easily access the subway station which made it convenient to visit the big attractions.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The hotel's exclusive amenities fulfilled all my luxurious needs. the private facilities were outstanding, with a stunning Spa & wellness center, indoor swimming pool, and Sauna. the service was superb, and the staff took great care of me during my stay. Their Restaurant had delicious food, and the Bar/Lounge area was a great spot to relax.
The only minor issue that I faced was that the Steam room was not available during my visit. the hotel compensated me with a luxurious Spa Lounge experience, which was a pleasant surprise.

During my New Year stay, I was pleased with the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated in a central area with plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making me feel safe and well taken care of as a solo traveler.
One drawback of the hotel was the noise level. Being located on a busy road, I could hear traffic noise even from my room on the 10th floor.
